Hybrid Sales Team Leader Role – Office-Based (2 Days Weekend, 3 Days Weekday)

This hybrid role is perfect for an experienced Assistant Sales Team Leader ready to step into a management position, or a current Team Leader seeking a new challenge. You’ll spend 2 days per week (weekends) leading our  weekend sales team—motivating, coaching, and driving performance to exceed KPIs. For the remaining 3 weekdays, you’ll operate as a Senior Sales Executive, expected to consistently hit personal sales targets and contribute to the team’s overall success. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you’ll also collaborate with fellow Team Leaders to support broader sales objectives and foster a high-performance culture.

Job responsibilities

Sales Team Leader (Weekend):
• Lead and oversee the weekend sales team to ensure successful execution of sales strategies. 
• Engage with potential customers through inbound and outbound calls, promoting PassMeFast’s services. 
• Monitor team performance, identifying areas for development and implementing targeted plans to improve outcomes.
• Build rapport with prospective customers to enhance the customer experience and increase conversion rates. 
• Provide continuous support to team members, ensuring consistency in sales performance
• Facilitate personal development and training initiatives for team members.
• Use creative leadership strategies to inspire and drive team success. 
• Identify and address obstacles that may impact team performance. 
• Analyze sales data and customer interactions to enhance overall effectiveness and inform strategic initiatives. 

Sales Executive Responsibilities 
(3 days per week): 
• Take inbound and outbound sales calls, guiding prospective customers through their learning journey. 
• Present PassMeFast’s services to customers and overcome objections to secure sales. 
• Build strong customer relationships to drive engagement and retention.
• Negotiate and close sales deals effectively.

  • Salary of £30,000-35,000 base per annum (DOE) plus commission ( OTE £60,000 DOE)
