Job requirements

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our team within our  PassMeFast brand, driving performance, and exceed forecasted sales numbers. This role is  crucial in ensuring operational efficiency, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing  strategic initiatives to enhance productivity. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the sales  system is functioning effectively and optimising processes for efficiency gains.

• Proven experience leading contact centre sales teams in a high pace environment, ideally within an ecommerce or retail sales environment. 
• Track record working successfully in an outbound sales environment. 
• Strong understanding of sales strategies with a track record of exceeding targets and  delivering exceptional customer experiences.
 • Skilled in coaching, mentoring, and developing sales professionals to maximise their  potential. 
• Proficiency in CRM systems, sales tools, and data analytics to drive informed decision making.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, maintaining focus under pressure and  adapting to evolving business needs.

Job responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate your sales team to consistently surpass ambitious targets and KPIs, fostering a high-performance culture through regular one-on-one coaching and team engagement initiatives.
  • Develop, and retain top sales talent, ensuring a competitive edge in the market through continuous training and professional development.
  • Align sales strategies with business objectives, leveraging data-driven insights to optimise performance and drive sustained growth.
  • Have a deep understanding of the sales cycle and sales methodologies that work in practice.
  • Ensure  accurate reporting by refining sales processes, optimising CRM systems, and utilising sales tools to enhance efficiency and maximise results.
  • Anticipate challenges, implement proactive solutions, and introduce innovative sales strategies to drive business success.
  • Ability to manage performance effectively through conversation and process.
